Kim Celebrates KLA's First-Ever Spot on the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest Growing Private Companies

We might be a small company, but it certainly didn’t feel like it at the Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala last week.  

Already on a high marking KLA’s 10th year, we were thrilled to be named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 List of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies – our first time on the list. Celebrating that honor in Phoenix was a mix of inspiration being among other successful business leaders, fancy fun at the Gala, and pride in representing KLA’s growth as a company as well as our positive impact on our planet – two things that don’t always go hand in hand.  

Attending the conference afforded me an opportunity to talk with other company founders and leaders about growing a company, the various tools and opportunities we’ve leveraged, the challenges of scaling a business, being a working mom and female CEO and so much more.  

And I had a unique story to share with the other Inc. 5000 honorees as KLA measures our success by impact and not just revenue. Our work with 75+ local governments to design and implement sustainability and climate solutions is benefiting millions of Americans while proving to be a savvy business model. 

The demand for KLA's services — our Community Dashboard platform and climate action planning — reflects a hunger for solutions and action at the local level, the front lines of the climate crisis. KLA is proud to apply our expertise and experience to elevate local climate action to match the urgency.
